Schedule of Courses
All Kaplan Real Estate Schools courses are offered via distance education and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Courses must be completed within one year of purchase.

Enrollment Policies
- There are no prerequisites for Arkansas licensing education.
- Courses must be completed within one year from the date of enrollment.
- Final Exam must be passed with a grade of 75% or better.

Refund Policy
If you purchase one of our licensing or continuing education courses and are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full, no-questions-asked refund. This guarantee applies to any courses, books or materials except Exam Prep courses or Exam Prep materials, as long as you have not completed the course and received credit or exam eligibility status from the state. All we ask is that you notify us that you want to cancel your course or return your materials by midnight of the 14th calendar day after the purchase – just send us an email at: contactus@kaplanreschools.com. Then all materials must be returned in unmarked and reusable condition and received within 30 days after the purchase date. A refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of returned materials. In the case of online courses where no materials were delivered, the refund will be issued within 5 business days after the customer refund request.
