The Real Estate Study Guide CD-ROM is a new way for you to build your
understanding of real estate principles. It features a unique, interactive
instructional environment, designed to help you pass your real estate course and
licensing examination the first time.
The Real Estate Study Guide CD-ROM allows you to determine the pace of your
review. An easy-to-use "town square" is used as the entry point for exercises.
Each principles topic is found in an appropriate building. For example,
Contracts are covered in the Law Firm and Agency issues are reviewed in the
Broker's office. The Study Guide also features animated coaches, who guide you
through the exercises, provide user help, and offer useful and interesting
information about the real estate industry and profession.
Other features include a Start-up Tutorial, a Key Points Handbook, Real-world
Examples, Electronic Flash Cards, an Interactive Glossary, Multiple-Choice and
True/False Questions, a Math Review, and a Practice Final Exam. Please note that Kaplan Real Estate Schools’ exam prep products may not be used to fulfill the mandatory licensing education hours required to gain eligibility to take your state’s real estate licensing exam. Rather, the exam prep products are optional supplemental materials to be used to boost your retention and mastery of key topics and to enhance your performance on the exam.
