Virginia Real Estate Principles Online Course
Complete the required 60 hours of licensing education on your schedule. This course draws out the most important points you need from Kaplan’s textbooks, including our best-selling Modern Real Estate Practice and Virginia Real Estate Practice & Law.
Included with your course is a print final exam in a sealed envelope. In accordance with Virginia state regulations, this final exam must be proctored (monitored by an unbiased 3rd party such as a librarian).
