Course Content
This course has been reviewed and approved by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. From the principles of real estate law to fair housing requirements to contracts and closings, this course covers the essentials, including the most up-to-date information you need to know about the Code of Virginia and other Virginia-specific topics. This course draws out the most important points you need from Kaplan’s textbooks, including our best-selling Modern Real Estate Practice and Virginia Real Estate Practice & Law.
Included with your course is a print final exam in a sealed envelope. In accordance with Virginia state regulations, this final exam must be proctored (monitored by an unbiased 3rd party such as a librarian).
