Virginia Licensing Information:
- Every applicant to the Board for a real estate salesperson license is required to complete a 60-hour course in the principles of real estate.
- Virginia pre-licensing education courses require a proctored final exam. A final exam is included with your course in a sealed envelope. A proctor can be a librarian, school staff, member of the clergy, or any disinterested third party.
- The pass rate for the pre-licensing education final exam is 75%
- After you pass your course, we will issue you a completion certificate and report your successful results to PSI, the licensing test administrator.
