Alabama Real Estate Principles - This course covers everything an aspiring real estate professional needs to know, from the principles of real estate law to the practices of real estate closings. The Alabama Real Estate License Law of 1951, Chapter 34, and the Real Estate Consumers Agency and Disclosure Act (RECAD), including other Alabama-specific laws, are covered.
As part of our line of pre-licensing products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics and exams that measure student understanding of the material.
