Compliance Assistance

**Please Note: Courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless state regulations indicate otherwise. Regulations differ from state to state and some state regulators may require course completion before 12 months.  Courses that are not completed within approved timeframe will not be eligible for a certificate of completion.

Licensing Courses
After you have finished a licensing course that qualifies you to take your Real Estate Licensing Exam, we make sure you have the information you need to register with your testing administrator.

• We mail completion certificates 48-72 business hours from the date of course completion.  
• Along with a Certificate of Completion for your records, we provide you with information from your state's testing administrator including detailed instructions on registering and preparing for your test.
• If you have already scheduled your exam and need your proof of completion quickly, contact us and we will work with you to get you the documentation you need for your test.

• We mail completion certificates 48-72 business hours from the date of course completion.
• If your state's Real Estate Commission allows us, we will also report your CE hours directly to them.
• Need to expedite a certificate or report to your real estate commission?  Let us know and we will work with you to make sure your deadline is met.
