Money-Back Guarantee A student is entitled to an exchange or full refund for any courses, books or materials if he/she notifies the school in writing and returns all materials in unmarked and reusable condition within 30 days from date of purchase. Upon verification, you will receive a 100% refund less shipping and handling fees. Students may request a refund at or call our customer service department at 800-314-5262 Monday through Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time. In the case of online courses, where no materials were delivered, refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the customer refund request.
