Meet Our Instructors
Wayne Paprocki is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Real Estate Educators Association. Wayne has conducted Real Estate Seminars in 38 states to audiences ranging from 10 to over 10,000. Through keynote addresses, customized seminars, coaching and distance education at Kaplan Real Estate Schools, he is sharing his expertise real estate fundamentals, time management, business planning and other topics with clients nationwide on a daily basis.
John Stovall is Curriculum Development Manager and a Senior Instructor with Kaplan Professional Schools. He is a Colorado real estate broker licensed since 1973. He is a past president of the national Real Estate Educators Association, Treasurer and past president of the Colorado Real Estate Educators Association and past member of the Education Committee for the National Association of Realtors. John holds an MBA degree in finance from the University of Colorado and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation from the Real Estate Buyer Agents Council of the National Association of Realtors©. John is co-author of the Guidebook to Colorado Real Estate Contracts and Disclosures.
Ted Highland is Director of Education for Kaplan Real Estate Schools in California (Anthony Schools). Ted has 32 years of experience in the real estate profession. He is a licensed real estate broker, author and educator and has written over 36 different real estate courses covering a wide range of subjects. He has personally presented his education programs to over 120,000 real estate licensees. He brings a depth and breadth of experience and enthusiasm that provides for consumer-driven education.
Allan Dear has twenty-two years of experience in the real estate residential, income producing and land areas. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University and has been a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Instructor since 1999. He specializes in financing options for all types of loans and has been a contract builder of numerous homes and restorations. In addition to his professional experience, Allan was a past president of the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity and the Valdosta Kiwanis Club. He also serves on the Georgia Association of Realtors Education Committee.
